M&A has looked the same for decades: Excel, email, gut feeling. We are rebuilding it from scratch – with AI at the core and 25 years of advisory experience behind us.

The heartbeat of continuous growth
Named after Leonhard Euler – the father of mathematics.

Euler's number (2.71828...) is the unique value where the exponential function eˣ is its own derivative – meaning that the rate of change at any point on the curve is equal to the value itself. In other words, e describes a quantity that grows at exactly the same rate that it already is.
You find it everywhere: compound interest calculated to infinity, the decay of radioactive atoms, the spread of a virus, Apollo 11's trajectory to the moon. Every time something in nature grows or decays smoothly and continuously, e runs the mathematics in the background.
Now it is the driving force to constantly challenge and improve the industry.
